A little short story. I started going to the Cook Islands about 12 years ago for the months of January and February to get out of Alaska for the two coldest months of the year. Fell in love with it, so I met a lot of locals, got a Cook Islands partner for a real estate venture, and built a home. It's there that I got my nick name CAT Mike. I pass through Papeete, Tahiti and the people there got the biggest kick out of your tee shirt I wore.

Anyway, how did you come by Tahiti Joe.

Hello Tahiti Joe,

I first got your Hot Sauces in Alaska about '97 or '98 at a specialty shop in Anchorage. There I also bought the Tees I told you about. My favorite has got to be the Tropic Garlic. I want to try the hotter types because I love the heat. It's also very good for yourself. Or so people say.

I think You and your wife have done such a Cool thing and I hope ya'll are having fun doing it. I'm just counting the days to retire and have fun in Rarotonga, Cook Islands. There I am going to do something so much different I've ever done. I'm going to cook at a little cafe'. I'm really good at it. For the last 10 years I've been building Internet Networks. Been it the communications business for 38 years. 'bout time to quit don't you think.

Anyway, Love you guys stuff and will contact you to order some of that great Hot Sauce of your's. I've never had any better.

To whom it may concern. My name is michael cadle and i am sincerely writing to you
to tell you what a fanatical fan i am of your hot sauce. Being a west palm beach
born and raised native and a hot sauce fanatic i truly know a great hot sauce
when i taste it. I was saddened when i moved to tennessee because i knew i would
never find a sauce comparible. A good friend came to see me from south florida palm
beach gardens to be exact and i told him to be sure to stop at i believe it was
jerry and joes market and pick me up as many bottles of tahiti joes he could carry.
To my horror he not only told me the market was gone but couldnt find any tahiti
joes anywhere. I was stunned a sauce as good as yours should be on every shelf in
america.Needless to say i was rather disapointed with him for not bringing any instead
he brought a few other brands that didnt compare not even in the same league. My
question is do you have any retailers here in east tennessee and if not why? If
you ever plan on expanding to this area I am here for you / for it is easy to sell
a product you truly believe in
